We stand by the immaculate quality of the products hosted at Noroze Emporium. However, if your acquisition doesn't fit your lifestyle, we accept returns under the following structured conditions.
1. Return Window
You have a 30-day window from the exact date of delivery to initiate a return. Items sent back to us devoid of prior return authorization will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Condition Guidelines
To be eligible for a full return orchestration, your item must remain in the exact identical condition that you received it: unworn, unused, complete with original tags, and secured in its unblemished original premium packaging.
3. Processing & Return Shipping
We provide a printable pre-paid secure courier label for defective items. If the return is initiated strictly for personal preference (e.g., buyer's remorse), the return logistics cost will be deducted from your final refund ledger.
Exceptions
Certain bespoke, personalized, or intimate clearance items cannot be returned due to hygienic or custom logic logic constraints. These are vividly marked on product pages.
