Noroze Emporium operates highly optimized logistics automation. This ensures rapid fulfillments, but it inherently limits the window to gracefully cancel a submitted transaction.

1. The Cancellation Window

You may intercept and completely cancel your order without penalty exclusively within the first 6 hours of purchase. Once an order's status transitions from 'Processing' to 'Shipped', structural cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Initiating a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, you must immediately utilize the 'Cancel Order' directive natively found within your Order History dashboard. Alternatively, rapid escalation through our Contact Support portal is acceptable if the native mechanism fails.

3. What Happens if You Miss the Window?

If you fail to trigger the cancellation sequence before the physical courier secures your package, the system defaults to our standard Return Policy algorithm. You simply accept the delivery and initiate a standard return envelope subsequently.

Refund Integration

Successfully intercepted and cancelled orders invoke an automatic, full 100% financial refund to the original purchase vector, processed adhering strictly to our Refund Policy guidelines.
