Once we receive your item and check that it's in good shape, we'll start the process of getting your money back to you.

1. Checking Your Return

We'll send you an email as soon as your package arrives. We just need a moment to make sure everything is in order and meets our return guidelines.

2. Getting Your Money Back

Once approved, we'll automatically send the refund back to your original payment method (like your credit card). It usually takes between 3 to 7 business days for the bank to show the amount in your account.

3. Still Waiting?

If a week has passed and you still don't see the refund, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card company first, as they often take a little extra time to process things. If you've done that and still need help, just reach out to us through our contact page.

Store Credit

If you prefer, we can give you store credit instead of a refund so you can pick something else you love right away.
